That’s why we launched our Positive Impact Plan in 2022: to build on our long-standing commitments to do the right thing, to guide our business, and to help lead betting and gaming towards a more sustainable future.
The Positive Impact Plan is core to our overall Group strategy, and integral to our business operations and culture. It is focused on four strategic pillars.

It is aligned to our corporate strategy and designed to give our diverse brands better access to the insights, skills, and capabilities of the wider Group while maintaining freedom to develop local initiatives that create maximum impact In the most locally relevant way.
The Positive Impact Plan focuses on four key areas
Helping customers to PLAY WELL
Play Well is about changing the game for good by providing education, tools and research to help support positive play. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we want them to have an entertaining, positive experience with us. Our goal is to have 75% of active online customers using one or more Play Well tools by the end of 2030.
Empowering colleagues to WORK BETTER
Work Better is building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive Flutter that is representative of where we live and work. Our message to colleagues and stakeholders is clear: everyone is welcome and every voice matters.
Working with communities to DO MORE
Do More is our global commitment to give back to communities where we live, work and play. Supporting causes that have a positive impact on society, we’re aiming to improve the lives of 10 million people by the end of 2030.
Essential foundations
Reducing our ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Go Zero is our plan to act on climate and reduce our environmental impact. We’ve set ourselves an ambitious goal – to reach net zero carbon emissions by the end of 2035.
Our supplementary sustainability goals
Customer goals

Our global Play Well goal is to have 75% of our active online customers using one or more of our Play Well tools by the end of 2030, and 50%+ by the end of 2026.
Colleague goals
- Achieve 40% of women in our top leadership roles by the end of 2026 (Flutter Group CEO -1 to -4)
- Measure and report on pay performance, progression and retention across different demographics by the end of 2023
- Measure the difference in sentiment across different demographics (to gain robust inclusion insights)
Community goals
- All employees globally to be supported to engage in two days' volunteering per year
Environment goals
- Reach Net Zero emissions by the end of 2035
- Publish our Science-Based Targets and Net Zero transition plan. We have submitted our net zero targets to the Science-Based Target Initiative for validation and once approved we are committed to publicly announcing our targets and reporting on our progress
- Move all our energy tariffs to renewable energy tariffs by the end of 2030
