The Flutter Board remains strongly committed to good governance and our Committees are dedicated to enhancing our risk governance framework. The Board undertakes regular reviews of the skills and competencies of all Committees in line with the Board’s commitment to regular refreshment of Board Committee composition and to ensure adequate skills and experience on each Committee.
The Board has established the following Committees: the Audit Committee; the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee; the Compensation & Human Resources Committee; and the Risk and Sustainability Committee.
