On June 12, 2026, Flutter Entertainment plc announced its intention to delist from the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”) its Ordinary Shares (the “LSE Delisting”).
It is expected that the LSE Delisting will become effective from 8:00 a.m. (UK time) on August 3, 2026, such that the last day of trading of Ordinary Shares on the LSE will be July 31, 2026.
Flutter’s primary listing has been on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) since January 2024. Once the LSE Delisting takes effect, Flutter’s Ordinary Shares will be solely listed on the NYSE.
