On July 23 2026, the Board of Directors of Flutter Entertainment plc (the “Company”) approved certain amendments to the Company’s Code of Conduct (the “Code”). The amendments are designed to improve usability and employee understanding, and strengthen guidance in certain areas, including Speaking Up and Non-Retaliation, Responsible Artificial Intelligence, Conflicts of Interest, Insider and Third Party Fraud, Bribery and Corruption, Insider Trading, and Market Integrity.
The Code also makes certain technical, administrative and non-substantive changes.
