The Edge program develops leaders already performing at high levels who can shape Flutter's future enterprise direction. This two-year journey combines skill-building with real business impact through senior decision-making exposure, enterprise projects, global networks, and personalized development backed directly by senior leaders.

The Emerging Leaders program is Flutter’s fast track for the next-generation of global leaders. Only 10 spots globally. It's for our high-performing colleagues and the most exceptional external talent in the world with the hunger and ability to lead in our complex global business.

For Flutter talent, this program is the express lane to enterprise leadership. For outsiders, it's a unique entry into a global company serious about developing future global leaders.

Over three years, participants rotate through three senior roles across three countries. Local execution drives performance, but global perspective is the game-changer. Participants jump into real roles from day one, building commercial judgment, leadership confidence, and cross-border delivery skills.
