We have thousands of talented, committed, energetic colleagues across our world-class brands in more than 87 offices around the world. That adds up to a significant opportunity to help.
Working with communities
Do More is how we reach out to the people around us and give back to the communities that sustain us. Our brands are close to their customers, so they are well placed to understand local needs: from action on prostate cancer in the UK, to skin cancer prevention in Australia; from improving financial literacy in the US, to supporting young entrepreneurs in Morocco.

Helping communities: our areas of expertise
We listen to our communities, learn about their needs and then identify the best way we can help them. At Flutter, we have some special areas of strength that we can use to have an outsized impact. We focus on these strengths to make the most of the innovation, dedication, and creativity of our colleagues.

So FanDuel is working on financial literacy in the US alongside Operation HOPE – supporting the non-profit organization with $2.5m since 2023. Its coaches offer free virtual and in-person financial health sessions, with a focus on strategies to build savings, improve credit scores, and decrease debt. The partnership with FanDuel has helped Operation HOPE expand its programs in Massachusetts, Kentucky, and Vermont.

We know a lot of men love darts
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer affecting men in the UK, making awareness and early understanding critical. We know many men love darts, which offers a unique opportunity to spread understanding about the disease. Since 2023, Paddy Power has partnered with Prostate Cancer UK to raise awareness through its 180 Campaign during the World Darts Championship, which welcomes around 90,000 fans annually. With Paddy Power pledging £1,000 for every maximum score of 180, this year’s Even Bigger 180 campaign raised over £1.2M during the 2025-2026 championship, bringing the three-year total to £3.25M and encouraging more than 400,000 men to use the charity’s online risk checker.

Building healthier communities with technology
The Flutter Tech4Good Awards, delivered with Beyond Sport, recognize organizations using technology and sport to build healthier, more active communities. The global awards support tech-driven solutions that promote physical activity, improve wellbeing and drive positive social change.
In 2025, over 30 organizations applied globally. An independent judging panel selected The Good Gym as the £20,000 headline winner, combining running and exercise with community volunteering. Four runners-up each received £10,000 plus tailored capacity-building support from Beyond Sport and Alpha Hub, Flutter's global start-up and innovation community.

Giving blood, saving lives in Serbia
The OnHand app quickly connects colleagues with projects in their areas, making it super-easy for our colleagues to give their time to local communities. In 2024, OnHand helped more than 2,200 colleagues volunteer – and, often, entire teams volunteered to help out together.
At MaxBet, a single blood donation drive in 2027 sparked a lasting community initiative. "Life is Blood" is now an embedded campaign, delivered in partnership with local blood transfusion services and the Red Cross. It has become part of MaxBet's culture, with colleagues regularly stepping forward to donate and encourage others to do the same.
In 2025, more than 3,800 units of blood were collected, potentially helping to save up to 11,520 lives.
