My Spend helps FanDuel customers track spending patterns and manage their budget. Its dashboard gives customers key stats about their play and encourages them to use responsible gaming tools, including limits on deposits, wagers, and losses. Customer feedback has been strong and, during the 2024-2025 NFL Season, around 3.5 million people (that’s almost half our FanDuel customers) reviewed their play activity using My Spend.

A better industry
FanDuel is a founding member of the Responsible Online Gaming Association (ROGA) which was formed in 2024, in partnership with eight of the largest online gaming operators in the US.

Real Time Intervention
Pioneered in Australia by Sportsbet, Real Time Intervention (RTI) is now being adopted by other Flutter brands. Using advanced tech, RTI’s model allows us to predict a customer’s next day maximum deposit. If that customer behaves differently, we can intervene with an on-screen pop-up. Depending on the risk, we may suggest a deposit limit, mandate a deposit limit, or even block the deposit attempt. If we block, a responsible gaming team member quickly contacts the customer.

Raising Standards for Sports Sponsorship
Since 2013, Sky Bet and the EFL have built an industry-leading partnership centered on responsible gaming (RG), recognized by the Gambling Act Review as a benchmark for socially responsible sponsorship. Sky Bet has invested £70m across the first 11 seasons of the partnership to strengthen community initiatives, with investment increasing through to 2029. It also funds dedicated RG education programs for club players and staff, benefiting more than 10,000 people.
