As we wrap up what has been a transformational year for Flutter, we want to take a moment to reflect on the many standout moments that wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work, expertise, and challenger mindset of our colleagues around the world.

Almost one year on from listing on and moving our primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange, we’ve strengthened our leadership position and are seeing the advantages that will fuel our next stage of growth.

We welcomed MaxBet colleagues in January and look forward to Snaitech and NSX Group joining us in 2025. By staying close to our customers and creating the best products for them, while putting responsible gaming at the heart of our business, we have a winning formula.

The strategy that we laid out at our Investor Day in September, where we highlighted the great potential both inside and outside the US, and the benefits of our scale delivered through the Flutter Edge - our global competitive advantage - was well received by the global financial community. 

And let’s not forget the unforgettable sporting moments that allowed us to deliver the best experiences to customers yet! From surprise upsets to gold medals decided by mere thousandths of a second at this year’s Summer Olympics in Paris, to FanDuel smashing records at the Super Bowl with millions of bets placed and $307 million in handle. We also saw 2.5 million customers enjoy the best of British and Irish racing at Cheltenham and witnessed FanDuel roll out Live Same Game Parlay at the NBA.
