A summer of Do More
4,000+ Flutter colleagues, 20+ locations, one big idea

~
Across Flutter, summer has become a season of action, whereby colleagues look to make a real difference in their local communities through the our Do More strategy. Colleagues and brands are supporting charities in ways that reflect local needs and Flutter's strengths in sport, health and wellbeing. The result is practical, people-powered support for communities where we live, work and play.
Riding and running for Cure Leukaemia
That impact shows up on the road. As Cure Leukaemia's first global corporate partner, Flutter continues to support The Tour 21 and London2Paris, with colleagues taking on demanding endurance challenges to help fund clinical trials that accelerate access to innovative new treatments for people with blood cancer. In Q2, eight Flutter colleagues took part across Run for a Cure marathons, London2Paris and The Tour 21, raising $30,558 so far, with Tour 21 rider Ryan O'Sullivan still fundraising. The Tour 21 sees amateur cyclists ride the Tour de France route one week ahead of the professionals, while London2Paris brings colleagues together to cycle 500km as part of a 200-strong peloton.
For Simon Bishop, Director of Polaris Process & Reporting at Flutter, the cause is personal: "I'm really proud that Flutter supports causes like Cure Leukaemia and gives colleagues the opportunity to get involved in fundraising challenges that make a real difference. In April, I ran the Paris Marathon, my second challenge for the charity, having previously ridden London2Paris. I've personally seen the impact of this disease, from losing one of my best friends at primary school to seeing a running club friend survive leukaemia more recently. That difference is down to the research and progress Cure Leukaemia helps make possible, supported by fundraising and partnerships like this."
Volunteering hands-on with FanDuel
In the U.S., FanDuel colleagues have rolled up their sleeves to volunteer at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minneapolis, where more than 3,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities are competing. FanDuel's partnership is helping provide Sports Recovery Stations and Healthy Athletes Fun Fitness areas, giving athletes access to recovery and practical health support throughout the Games.
For Dale Hooper, General Manager of FanDuel Canada, the cause hits very close to home. His daughter Emma has been a Special Olympics athlete since the age of six, competing most recently at the 2024 Ontario provincials. What moves Hooper most isn't her medals but watching her grow in confidence: "The magic happens because Emma draws courage from her fellow athletes. If everyone else is trying something new, she'll try it too."

Do More Together
Beyond these flagship partnerships, our annual Do More Together campaign has taken that spirit even further. Over three months, more than 4,000 colleagues participated in over 90 community activities across 20 locations.
From packing more than 188,000 meals with Rise Against Hunger in Italy, Canada, Bulgaria and Malta, to fundraising for chosen charities of the year in the UK and supporting reforestation projects in Turkey, colleagues have made a tangible difference in communities around the world.
Colleagues have also been moving for good through virtual challenges. More than 630 colleagues from 20 countries took part in the World Cup-themed Do More Miles challenge, collectively covering 120,414 km across the countries competing in the FIFA Men's World Cup. Around 900 Flutter colleagues also participated in Walking Month, contributing to roughly 3,000 participants overall when non-Flutter participants are included.
Different countries. Different causes. Thousands of colleagues stepping up and turning good intentions into action - and action into impact.
See how this all connects to our wider commitment to sustainable, responsible growth.
